Amy Robach has apparently signed a new deal with NBC News, according to TV Newser. She will apparently do many of the same duties she's been doing for months: anchor the Saturday edition of 'Today" as well as provide national correspondent reports for 'Night News' and 'Today'. TVNewser is also careful to point out that Jenna Wolfe will continue to anchor the Sunday editions of 'Today'. Wolfe and Robach have "filled in' on those shows since Campbell Brown left last year.

This is great news. Amy is fantastic. She is also not hard on the eyes. The bad news,what is Jenna Wolfe still anchoring Sundays? She is so annoying. The show is almost unwatchable. Make Amy the anchor both days. Then 3 years from now she can replace Meredith Vierra as the anchor of the Today show.
Amy Rohbach, clearly is more enjoyable to interact with on the weekend Today Show. Jenna Wolf is annoying and seems over confident and looks ridiculous when she is interviewing someone on an important topic when she acts like she knows something but knows nothing.
Amy has a confident sensitivity about her and appears more "real"
I also think the chemistry between her and Lester is much better.

Jenna is "minor league" material at best!!! She certainly is NOT network material and she seems to be in awe that she actually has a slot on a network TV show. The NBC people need to send her out the door and replace her with someone who is not as annoying.
Jenna Wolfe is awful. This past Sunday she was at her all time worse. Which means she was pretty bad. I think Lester Holt has had enough of her also. She has got to go. Let's start the push for Amy Robach to host both days of weekend today.
I have watched the Weekend Today Show since it started and I think Jenna Wolfe is a discrace to the show.She is self centered,rude,and demeaning to her coworkers.She has no talent at all. Please put her back where she came from.Thank you,Loyal Viewer
I thought Jenna Wolfe was bad before,this Sunday was her all time worse. That is an all time low even for her. What is NBC thinking? Lester has had it with her and so has the viewers. She has got to go. Amy Robach should host both days.
Amy Robach's professionalism and personality combine to appeal to both female and male viewers. She could easily step into any weekday morning show. Though the weekend show allows us to see her sense of humour which makes her so likeable. I saw Jenna Wolfe a few times and the first thought was "Who does she know at NBC to be on the air?" Anyways, I like Amy and will watch her whenever she's on the air.
I LOVE Amy Robach! She is professional, warm, lovely and interacts beautifully with the Today Show cast. To be honest, I wish she could replace Meredith.
As for demographics....I'm professionally employed, mixed race, engaged, almost 50 and a loyal fan of the Today Show for more than 40 years.

I look forard to Weekend Today every Saturday because I love the chemistry between Lester & Amy. Just as I do during the week, I watch the entire show. Sundays are a different story. I can't even listen to Jenna Wolfe. She is more than annoying! It's such a shame NBC doesn't see what the public sees.
I have been thinking about how awful Jenna Wolfe is, and was glad to see so many that agree...she is a know-it-all, annoying, sarcastic girl that NBC is trying to make "cute" with hairdos, makeup and more feminine clothes. She also loves her "fit" body....do we all have to hear about it? Amy is much warmer, humble and professional!
Thank you for the change from Jenna Wolfe (yuck) to Amy Robach. Please, keep Jenna Wolfe off the tube!!! I am not asking to fire her but perhaps in a position in an office somewhere just not in my TV screen....she just doesn't have the right appeal. Thank you.
My husband and I used to watch Weekend Today on Sunday's but cannot even stand to have the TV on while Jenna is on the air. I agree completely with the previous comments regarding Jenna being annoying beyond comprehension. What is worse than her being on the air is the fact that NBC is allowing it.. what are they thinking.. I again agree with a previous comment that suggest that Jenna must know someone or be the daughter of some big wig because no one in their right mind would keep her on the air when obviously she is the reason the ratings for the Sunday show are tanking..
Everything about NBC today is pleasing to me except....Jenna Wolfe. I just don't get why she is in our face so much!!?? I agree with all the previous comments.
I enjoy the Today Show but on Sunday when Jenna Wolfe is on I choose not to watch. She has been on the third hour of Today this week and it has ruined my morning. It is frustrating that most can see her arrogance and sarcasm are not what Today viewers want to see.
